INTRODUCTION
We take user privacy seriously and want you to be informed. This Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into our Terms of Service, outlines the privacy practices of Airmosa, LLC ("Gigfomo", "us", "we", or "our") in connection with your ("you" or "your") access to or use of our Site and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by our terms, including this Privacy Policy.
WHO ARE WE?
Gigfomo provides a platform where users can sign-up to receive alerts about upcoming concerts, shows, and events and when tickets become available. The Service learns about the artists, sports, and other events users are interested in and then send notifications about those events, when tickets are being sold, and when tickets become available at the price you want to pay. Users can also connect their music streaming and ticket accounts and Gigfomo will import playlists and event history to provide more accurate and timely alerts.
Generally, we collect personal identifying information when you provide it to us, such as when you create an account through our Site.
Like most websites, we also collect routine device and other data from visitors, and we use such data to deliver advertisements that may be of interest to you.
WHAT DOES THIS PRIVACY POLICY COVER?

We do not own, manage, or control the purchase of tickets. We have no affiliation with any event venues. If you select an event you are interested in attending on our Site or set alerts through our Service, we will redirect you to the website of the third party that is selling the tickets for the event.
