Inspired by the life of Eddie Derhak, we strive to offer connection, compassion, and hope to individuals of all ages -especially young adults - through advocacy, education, and community outreach. By encouraging simple acts of kindness, like the power of a hug, we aim to create a culture where no one struggles alone and everyone feels seen, heard, and supported. Our mission is to raise awareness, fund mental health initiatives, and help prevent suicide - one hug, one heart, one life at a time.
