Carl Thomas (born June 15, 1972 in Aurora, Chicago, Illinois, United States) is an African-American R&B singer. He attended Aurora East High School. Although Thomas was originally part of "The Formula" (Epic Records) who released a song, "Pass it Over." He is best known as an artist on Sean "P. Diddy" Combs' Bad Boy Entertainment record label. Among his most popular hits are "I Wish" and "Emotional", both from his 1999 debut LP, Emotional.
