ABOUT COMMUNITY ICE SKATING This Season Skating is presented by: PRESCOTT VALLEY CHARTER SCHOOL Community Ice Skating is open to all ages and skill levels! Here’s what you need to know: Skate Rentals: Available on a first-come, first-served basis in sizes from Toddler 9 to Men's 15. Rentals are $6 per pair, per session. Walkers: Walkers are available upon request for children ages 8 and under, providing stability as they learn to skate safely. Protective Gear: Helmets, knee pads, and elbow pads are recommended but not required. Helmets are available upon request. Safety Note: No hockey sticks or pucks allowed. Skate at your own risk. PRICING PER SESSION Mid-Week Admission (Most Monday - Thursdays): Ages 4-12: $7 | Ages 13+: $9 Pro Tip: Weekday sessions tend to be less busy—ideal for young or novice skaters! Standard Admission (Friday - Sunday & Dec 20 - Dec 31): Ages 4-12: $9 | Ages 13+: $11 Skate Rental: $6 per pair, per session (sizes Toddler 9 to Men's 15). Skate Sharpening: $10 per pair. Drop off your skates at the start of the session; they will be ready afterward. Sharpening is not guaranteed to finish before the end of the session, so consider bringing another pair or renting. HOW TO PURCHASE TICKETS Online Sales Only: All admission tickets, skate rentals, and skate sharpening are sold online. After purchasing, you’ll receive an email confirmation. No need to print—just check in by name or show your mobile ticket at the door. Adult Spectators: Adults accompanying children who are skating do not need a ticket to enter. Toddlers: Children ages 3 and under must be able to wear skates and be accompanied by an adult skater to go on the ice. Waiver Required: All skaters must accept the participant release/waiver terms before purchasing tickets. Refunds: No refunds or exchanges for any reason. KNOW BEFORE YOU GO Entry: All attendees will be checked in at the door by using the last name on the order. Session Length: Open skate sessions are 90 minutes long. Doors open approximately 10 minutes before each session. Exit Time: Skaters have 15 minutes after the session ends to remove their skates and exit. Comfort Tip: If you’re renting skates, consider wearing thick athletic socks or bringing an extra pair for added comfort. Schedule: The ice skating schedule is subject to change.
