Gunner Shepardson (born March 18, 2007), known professionally as Nettspend, is an American rapper, singer and songwriter from Richmond, Virginia. He is also an affiliate of the underground rap collective Novagang and a member of the collective Witchgang. His music has been described as "post-post-rage" by The New York Times. He started making music in the fifth grade, growing up listening to Future, Michael Jackson and Justin Bieber. His song "Rizz N Peace" was listed among The New York Times' best songs of 2023.
