Lower Class Brats are a street punk band founded in Austin, Texas in January 1995. Based out of Southern California since 2017. Biography Formed in 1995 in Austin TX, Lower Class Brats set out to create music unlike anything else in their city. A mixture of Punk, Oi!, 70s Glam and straight ahead rock and roll merged with the theatric imagery of A Clockwork Orange.
